Full Send pouches are now on GoPuff — NELK's brand goes from DTC to 30-minute delivery
Full Send's own site now advertises on-demand delivery through GoPuff in as fast as 30 minutes, no subscription required. It's the first retail channel beyond the brand's own store.
Full Send, the nicotine pouch brand built by the NELK crew, has quietly added a second sales channel: GoPuff, the delivery-first convenience chain. Full Send's own store now carries a "Now Delivering on GoPuff" banner linking to a dedicated Full Send section on GoPuff's site, promising pouch rolls "in as fast as 30 minutes — no subscription needed."
That "no subscription needed" line is doing real work. When Full Send's soft launch sold out in May, the story was that 70% of buyers locked in a monthly subscription. Subscriptions were the whole model — a direct-to-consumer roll deal at $30 for 100 pouches, $6 a can, shipped from the brand's own store. GoPuff puts Full Send next to snacks and drinks in an on-demand basket, which is a different buying occasion: impulse, not replenishment.
What it means for pouches
The US pouch market has been consolidating around two channels: convenience stores (where ZYN and Velo dominate) and DTC subscriptions (where younger creator brands live). Full Send straddling both is the interesting part. GoPuff already carries a nicotine pouch category — including the big brands — so Full Send is buying its way into the same shelf as the market leaders without a traditional retail rollout.
For a creator brand, on-demand delivery also solves a problem subscriptions don't: discoverability. A 22-year-old who has never heard of Full Send browsing GoPuff for drinks now sees the brand. The banner on Full Send's own site, meanwhile, tells its existing audience that the product is available without committing to a roll subscription.
One caveat worth noting: Full Send is made in the USA and ships direct to 31 states from its own store. GoPuff's nicotine availability is city-by-city, so the GoPuff channel reaches a different — likely narrower — set of locations than the brand's own shipping map.
