One user told Nine.com.au he buys illegal cigarettes because he sees them as safer than unregulated pouches. A NSW MP says organised crime is the biggest winner.

Canada Border Services Agency intercepted CAD$6.6 million in nicotine pouches and vapes from three US semis in four days at Ontario's Blue Water Bridge. It's the fourth major pouch seizure at the same crossing this year — and a direct consequence of Canada's 4mg nicotine cap.
