Nicotine pouch users get more mouth ulcers than snus users, Swedish study findsA Karolinska Institutet and Folktandvården Stockholm clinical study of 272 young adults found that nicotine pouches cause more redness and ulcers than traditional snus, while snus causes more tissue thickening. Every ulcer seen in the study was in a pouch user.
