Selling nicotine pouches to under-18s becomes a crime across the UK on 29 OctoberFrom 29 October 2026 it becomes an offence to sell a nicotine pouch to anyone under 18 in the whole UK — with proxy buying, free samples and deep-discount promotions banned on the same day. Penalties run to £2,500, and retailers already have the guidance in hand.
